At Central Vintage Jewellery, we do not accept personal layaway plans or reservations.  However, we do offer a range of flexible payment options to make your purchase as convenient as possible online.

Our website currently accepts Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal, all of which provide split payment options allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase. Please refer to each provider’s terms and conditions for eligibility and details on their payment plans.  All purchases are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have your eye on something special, we recommend securing it as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you’ve spotted a ring on our website that you love but it’s not your size then do please get in touch so we can talk you through your options.

We are happy to give our expert opinion on whether a specific ring can be sized or not. It’s useful at this stage for us to know your ring size so do please feel free to use our PDF guide shown opposite. Please note: This is intended for guidance only and should not replace a fitting by a jeweller.

We do offer a limited re-sizing service if you should need it, but we would always recommend speaking to a local jeweller where this can be done on site and on an individual basis as we all wear our jewellery differently.

Some people, (like me) prefer quite a snug fit alternatively, if the ring is being worn against another – it may need a little more play. This is always best done on site where you can get the exact fit you prefer.

Yes, all rings are presented in a branded Central Vintage Jewellery box.

We are happy to ship our items worldwide and can use various methods of shipping depending on location. All items are shipped via a trackable and signed for method. Our policy is FREE Worldwide Postage.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Central Vintage Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review our returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.

We respectfully ask that you contact us within 3 working days if there is a problem so we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The item must be returned in its original condition and not altered in any way, unworn and with all accompanying documents or packaging.

Return Process

Contact Us: Notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order if there is an issue, and we will guide you through the return process.

Shipping & Tracking:

Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method ideally Royal Mail Special Delivery and a valid tracking number must be provided.

If returning an item from outside the UK, international returns must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods to Sender” to avoid customs fees. Any customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund

Processing Your Refund:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
