18ct Yellow Gold and Platinum Sapphire and Diamond Trilogy Twist Ring – size approx: N(UK) approx 9(US).

This lovely ring consists of a stunning central Sapphire of approx 0.25ct with a Diamond set to each side in a gorgeous Platinum twist style head.  A really nice design, looks fabulous on the finger!
Diamonds are well matched and have been tested.   Sapphire is a gorgeous “cornflower blue” colour.
