18ct Yellow Gold and Platinum Sapphire and Diamond Trilogy Twist Ring – size approx: J(UK) approx 5(US).

This lovely ring consists of a stunning central Sapphire surrounded by six old cut diamonds into a Platinum twist style head with a further Sapphire set to each side. A really nice design, looks fabulous on the finger!
Diamonds are well matched and have been tested. Sapphire is a gorgeous “Inky Blue” colour.
