18ct Yellow Gold & Platinum Sapphire and Diamond Trilogy Ring

18ct Yellow Gold and Platinum Sapphire and Diamond Trilogy Twist Ring – size approx: O(UK) approx 7.25(US) – Vintage 1930’s Design.

This lovely ring consists of a stunning round central Sapphire (approx 0.20ct) set between two old cut diamonds each 0.10ct into a Platinum twist style head with further Diamond detail into scrolling shoulders. A really nice design, looks fabulous on the finger!
Diamonds are well matched and have been tested. Sapphire is a gorgeous “Inky Blue” colour.
