18ct Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Trilogy Ring – size approx: M(UK) approx 6.5(US) – Vintage Design.

This lovely ring consists of a stunning square cut central Sapphire (approx 0.25ct) set between two triangular shaped diamonds with pierced shoulders.  A really nice design, looks fabulous on the finger!
Diamonds are well matched and have been tested. Sapphire is a gorgeous “Inky Blue” colour.
