18ct Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Twist Ring – size approx: L(UK) approx 6(US).

This lovely ring consists of two stunning pear shaped Sapphires set in a twist style setting with a band of five small Diamonds set beautifully through the centre. A really striking and unusual design, looks fabulous on the finger!
Diamonds are well matched and have been tested. Sapphires are a gorgeous “Inky Blue” colour.
