18ct Yellow Gold Vintage Ruby and Diamond Cluster Ring – size approx: O(UK) approx 7.25(US).

This lovely ring consists of a stunning central Ruby of approx 0.20ct surrounded by 6 small Diamonds set into an open and pierced White Gold setting with each Diamond set in the fom of a heart shaped petal – such a pretty design with so much attention to detail.
Diamonds are well matched and have been tested. Ruby is a lovely light colour.
