This lovely ring consists of a stunning central Ruby of approx 0.15ct surrounded by 6 small Diamonds set into an open and pierced white gold setting with each Diamond set into a heart shaped petal – such a pretty design with so much attention to detail.
Diamonds are well matched and have been tested.
