18ct Yellow Gold Vintage Sapphire and Diamond Twist Ring – size approx: M(UK) approx 6.5(US).

This lovely ring consists of three stunning deep blue Sapphire Stones with a halo of white sparkly Diamonds. A really striking and unusual design, looks fabulous on the finger!
Diamonds are well matched and have been tested. Sapphires are a gorgeous “Inky Blue” colour.
