9ct Yellow Gold Vintage Sapphire and Diamond Horseshoe Ring – size approx: O(UK) approx 7.25(US).

This gorgeous ring consists of four Sapphire stones with a Diamond set in between shaped in the form of a lucky horseshoe in a White Gold Setting. The horseshoe is a symbol of good luck and protection and these rings have become quite popular over the last few years.
