Received my ring very recently and am absolutely thrilled with it. Communication with Sally was excellent and she was so helpful when I asked if the ring could be re-sized. She arranged for it to be done the very next day after I purchased the ring and physically waited for it whilst it was being altered. The ring was then sent to me the next day by Special Delivery.
