A beautiful vintage heart-shaped Opal and Diamond pendant, crafted in 9ct Yellow Gold and complete with a 16″ Yellow Gold chain.

The pendant features a pretty heart-shaped Opal displaying lovely flashes of iridescent colour, surrounded by a delicate border of sparkling diamonds. The warm yellow gold beautifully complements the soft, colourful tones of the opal, creating a feminine and timeless piece.
